The members of the Synapse Board of Directors are:

Wade Patterson
CEO, Board Chairman, Synapse Wireless, Inc

Wade Patterson is responsible for the corporate vision, intellectual property, product strategy, and operational execution of the company. Mr. Patterson is the former President and CEO of Intergraph Corporation's worldwide computer business. Prior to this, he was Vice-president of Engineering for Intergraph. In these roles, Mr. Patterson developed a deep understanding of worldwide corporate management including corporate strategy, intellectual property, engineering management, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance. Mr. Patterson is a Distinguished Fellow of the Mississippi State University College Of Engineering and holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a named inventor on eighteen U.S. Patents.

Harold Jeffreys
Director, Renasant Corporation

Harold Jeffreys is a consultant to several small businesses. A physicist, he was Founder and Chairman of the Board at Applied Research in Huntsville, Alabama from 1980 until its sale in 1994. He was a founder of Heritage Bank and Holding Company, having served as Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Jeffreys has served as a director of Renasant Corporation since its acquisition of Heritage Bank in 2005. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Synapse Wireless, Inc., Mr. Jeffreys currently operates Cedar Lake Farms, he is a partner in Sunset Land Development, actively manages many of his personal investments, and serves on the Board at Southeastern Bible College, located in Birmingham, Alabama.

J. Thomas Noojin
President, Noojin Company, LLC.

J. Thomas Noojin is President and Managing Member of Noojin Company, LLC, which provides financial advisory and corporate finance services. He was previously Chairman and President of Hickory Venture Group’s two venture capital funds which he started in 1985 and successfully wound down in 2009. Prior to Hickory, he founded Invesat Capital Corporation in 1974, a publically held investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, where he served as Chairman and CEO until its disposition in 1985. He currently serves as a Director of Active Day, Inc., adult day care centers; Synapse Wireless, Inc., wireless mesh networks; and Transaction Holdings, Inc., on demand digital payment services. Mr. Noojin has also served as Chairman of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, and as a Director of the American Council for Capital Formation, both in Washington, D.C., and a Trustee, Ex Officio, of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of North Carolina.

Robert Thurber
Director, Huntsville Hospital Foundation

Robert E. Thurber was one of the founders of Intergraph Corporation and has served on the Company's Board of Directors. He was responsible for the development of applications software to support AEC, mapping/GIS and utilities disciplines. In June 1977, Robert was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer. He holds a master's degree in engineering and is currently a Board member of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation.

Pat Campbell
Executive Vice President, Synapse Wireless Inc.

Pat Campbell is responsible for developing the direct and channel sales team at Synapse and promoting the commercial value of the portfolio through product, channel and online marketing programs. Mr. Campbell has over 30 years of technical sales and management experience in electronics with over 25 years experience in technical component sales. Mr. Campbell grew sales in excess of $40 million annually at a major account. While serving as EVP of sales and changing to a service driven sales approach, Rep Inc. attained growth of 2400% during the course of his career.
