Synapse Wireless launches Cloud-based Lighting Control Products with Future Lighting Solutions

Launched at LIGHTFAIR International 2011, Booth #2110, Pennsylvania Convention Center

Huntsville, Alabama (May 17, 2011) – Synapse Wireless announced today at the LIGHTFAIR International Trade Show & Conference, May 17-19, 2011 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the release of easily-installed, intelligent wireless lighting control products. Leveraging Synapse’s award-winning SNAP wireless network operating system, these lighting products take advantage of the new SNAP Lighting Cloud Service for Internet-based access and control.

SNAP Wireless Lighting Control products can be easily installed in new or existing buildings to significantly enhance daylight harvesting and the energy-saving potential of solid state lighting. Together, these intelligent lighting products are the simplest-to-install, cable-free, most energy-efficient, intelligent lighting control devices available in the market today. Coupled with the SNAP Wireless Site Controller, an authorized user can monitor, control or reconfigure lighting fixtures, zones or scenes over-the-air in real-time from any web browser, Smartphone or iOS device.

Synapse Wireless’ exclusive partner, Future Lighting Solutions, also introduced its Intelligent Lighting Platform (ILP) at LightFair to create one of the largest, fastest-growing range of interoperable 3rd-party fixtures, controllers and switches in the industry. The ILP integrates the latest and greatest wireless, power line communication, sensor, and LED driver products with SNAP to monitor and control devices from a single user interface, locally or across the Internet.
